Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mindflowstudio.com Parties against all damages, claims, liability, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing Mindflowstudio.com under your account.

Governing Law

The Site is created and controlled by Mindflowstudio.com in the State of Pennsylvania.
