Spirit and Aether Warm Vinyasa Flow

Spirit, or Aether (which is the fifth element), is the prime element present in all beings – providing space, connection, and balance. Spirit is joy, union, transcendence, and divine energy. In the yoga practice, we seek to unite mind, body, and spirit. Spirit is higher consciousness. In this class, we will reach towards higher consciousness with extra emphasis on pranayama (breath work), a high awareness of self, and a clear, calm, meditative mind state while moving through an asana practice. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis. Challenging asanas will be offered, along with modifications and resting postures for those seeking a less challenging physical practice. This class is designed to unite all aspects of your being; so you can take this sense of unity, acceptance, and tranquility with you off the mat and into the world. The moment you walk into a Spirit Flow class, you are with Tribe; you are part of the greater whole. You will find a safe space to explore your own spirit and create a deeper connection to self, alongside your fellow tribe members- so that we simultaneously cultivate wholeness, in addition to personal growth and awareness. Class is 90 minutes long. A ten minute sound bath during a luxurious and lengthy savasana ends every class. Come discover the astonishing light of your own being. It is our honor to brighten you.

Somatic Vinyasa Flow & Yin

A breath guided flow, connecting movement with breath – this class cultivates the deeper connections we seek within our bodies. Using movement and personal inquiry, we allow the practice to become more fluid and individual to the practitioner. The practice begins with a flowing, active vinyasa, and ends with a series of more subtle movements and active rests within Yin postures. This class is suitable for most levels of students, and challenge levels are always adjusted to accommodate those who attend.

Earth and Fire Warm Vinyasa Flow*

Monday 6:30PM-7:45PM

Class Description: Get grounded and cultivate inner fire as we connect movement to breath and clear our minds of daily stress. Give yourself a mental vacation as you surrender to your yoga practice. We will breathe and flow with grace and loving kindness for our bodies as we transition through asanas; sculpting the body, increasing flexibility, building strength, burning calories, and calming the mind. Each class ends with a restorative savasana and sound bath-an auditory feast for mind, body, and spirit. Leave at your leisure or feel free to linger and talk, read, enjoy some tea, or shop the boutique. Guaranteed to leave you feeling completely blissed out.

Need to Know: This is a Level 2 class, mild to moderate difficulty with modifications offered throughout, so that everyone feels confident during practice, no matter how experienced the yogi. Temperature lingers around 85 degrees, allowing for blissful, melting stretches and providing a higher calorie burn. A yoga mat, block, towel, and water are required for each class; these items are provided by the studio at no extra cost if needed.

Water and Air Warm Vinyasa Flow*

Class Description: For the beginning yogi or for those seeking a less challenging, more relaxing flow, this class will glide you through the asanas with ease, cultivating a little less fire. A slower-paced flow allows for deeper exploration in postures and invites curiosity to your practice as you explore your individual alignment needs and find what feels great to your body. Breath is emphasized as we practice connecting breath to movement, inviting air in to help us focus and calm our minds. Treat your ears to a sound bath as each class ends in an enchanting, heavenly savasana. Float home at your leisure- lingering is encouraged; stay and chat with your yoga tribe, enjoy a cup of tea, read for a bit, or shop the boutique.

Need to Know: This is an all-levels yoga class, and perfect for a yogi unrolling the mat for the very first time. The temperature will hover around 80 degrees, allowing for blissful stretches and muscles that melt and release tightness. A yoga mat, block, towel, and water are required for each class; these items are provided by the studio at no extra cost if needed.

*Amenities: Mindflow offers mats, blocks, straps, towels, bottled water, and tea at no extra cost. We also have a boutique selling CBD oils and products, yoga mats, water bottles, and other items of interest. Seating areas, zafutons, and reading material are found throughout the studio for lounging and relaxing before or after class. There is ample space for storing personal belongings and hanging outerwear. Mindflow has a bathroom in studio but no shower on site. All major credit cards and cash accepted.
